01 — The question after shipping

The launch is live.
Is the result actually clear?

Shipping creates a milestone. It does not automatically create an answer. Early metrics conflict. Important segments behave differently. The intended improvement may come with effects nobody expected.

01

Did it improve the metric it was supposed to?

Move beyond the headline trend and evaluate the intended business outcome.

02

Who responded differently and where?

Find the customer segments and funnel steps hiding beneath the average.

03

Did one gain quietly create another loss?

Surface tradeoffs, unintended effects and the evidence behind them.

Did the redesigned checkout improve purchase performance?

Recommended action

Restore annual-plan prominence and validate the mix shift.

Checkout completion increased, but the annual-plan selection rate fell sharply after its visual prominence was reduced. The revenue decline is concentrated among customers who previously chose annual billing.

02 — The deliverable

A decision brief.
Not another dashboard.

Bring one launch your team needs to understand. Anamap investigates what the available evidence supports and turns it into a recommendation stakeholders can use.

  • 01
    A clearly defined business question

One launch, one intended outcome and one decision that needs better evidence.

  • 02
    Relevant metrics, segments and funnels

An investigation designed around the question not a generic reporting template.

  • 03
    Findings, caveats and confidence

What the evidence supports, what it does not and where uncertainty remains.

  • 04
    A recommended next action

A practical decision, follow-up test or measurement improvement.

03 — Evidence readiness

What if the tracking
isn’t good enough?

That is sometimes the most important finding.

Before an investigation proceeds, Anamap assesses whether the available analytics can support the agreed question.

IF READYInvestigate the agreed question now.

Analyze the available evidence and deliver a decision-ready recommendation.

IF NOTMake the question answerable.

Clarify what can be learned now, what remains unknowable and which tracking improvements are required.

Tracking implementation and any additional data-collection period are scoped separately before work begins.

04 — How it works

From launch uncertainty
to a defensible next move.

Two focused weeks. No sprawling implementation. No generic software tour.

01

Define the question

Identify the launch, intended outcome, unresolved concern and decision deadline.

02

Confirm the evidence

Assess access, instrumentation, history and whether the question is answerable.

03

Investigate and decide

Analyze the evidence and deliver a concise brief with recommended next steps.

“I built Anamap because consequential product questions shouldn’t sit unanswered while teams wait for analyst capacity.”

06 — FAQ

Questions before
the investigation.

What kinds of launches qualify?+

Product releases, onboarding or checkout redesigns, pricing changes, new subscription tiers, growth experiments and other changes tied to measurable customer behavior.

What analytics platforms do you support?+

The initial pilot supports GA4 and Amplitude. Other platforms may be considered after a fit conversation.

What access does Anamap need?+

Typically, read-only access to the relevant GA4 or Amplitude property. Exact access requirements are confirmed during the evidence-readiness check before the investigation begins.

How quickly can the review begin?+

Timing depends on access and fit, but the review can usually begin once the question, decision deadline and required analytics access are confirmed.

How is our data handled?+

Anamap requests only the access needed for the agreed investigation, uses the data solely to perform the engagement and confirms any additional handling requirements before access is granted.

Will Anamap prove the launch caused the result?+

No investigation should overstate causality. Anamap explains what the available evidence supports, evaluates competing explanations and states material caveats.

What if our tracking has gaps?+

We assess evidence readiness before proceeding. If a reliable answer requires better instrumentation, we explain what can be learned now and what needs to change. Implementation is scoped separately.

What is outside the $750 scope?+

Analytics implementation, broad tracking remediation, multiple unrelated business questions and ongoing monitoring are not automatically included.
