01 / The coverage gap

Hiring takes time.
The questions keep coming.

Hiring and onboarding take time. Launch reviews, funnel problems, metric changes and stakeholder questions continue accumulating in the meantime.

01

A metric changed. Nobody has time to explain it.

Move one consequential question out of the backlog before assumptions harden into decisions.

02

A launch review is approaching without an answer.

Give stakeholders evidence, caveats and a defensible next move instead of another status update.

03

The future analyst is inheriting undocumented context.

Leave definitions, assumptions, useful queries and unresolved questions ready for a cleaner handoff.

02 / Immediate coverage

One question.
Handled now.

Alex personally helps connect the analytics you already collect, investigate one product or growth question and turn the evidence into a decision your team can use.

04 / The handoff

Coverage while you hire.
Not instead of hiring.

Anamap handles a bounded, urgent investigation and packages the context for the person joining your team.

Anamap / Now

Clear one urgent question

  • Investigate the agreed priority
  • Document evidence and caveats
  • Recommend the next action
  • Prepare the analytical handoff
Your analyst / Next

Start with context, not a larger backlog

  • Review definitions and assumptions
  • Reuse relevant queries
  • See what remains unresolved
  • Continue the team’s long-term work

Cartos supports the investigation throughout the sprint, with Alex supervising the work and reviewing the evidence. The engagement stays focused on one priority question so the result is useful, defensible and easy for your incoming analyst to continue.

05 / How it works

01

Define the assignment

Confirm the question, decision owner, deadline and the analytics evidence available.

02

Investigate the evidence

Review the agreed trends, funnel and up to three priority segments in GA4 or Amplitude.

03

Decide and hand off

Deliver the finding, caveats, recommendation and documented context.

The two-week delivery clock starts after working access is verified and kickoff is complete.

“The right analyst is worth waiting for. The decisions piling up for them are not.”

I’ll personally review fit, assess whether the available evidence can support the question and supervise the engagement.

07 / FAQ

Before temporary
coverage begins.

Does this replace the analyst we are hiring?

No. Anamap resolves one urgent question while the role is open or onboarding and documents the work so the incoming analyst starts with more context.

What kinds of questions fit?

Product and growth questions involving a metric change, launch, funnel, conversion, activation, engagement or retention issue that can be investigated in GA4 or Amplitude.

Is this ongoing analyst capacity?

The sprint is a focused engagement for one priority question. Cartos supports the analysis throughout, while Alex supervises scope and evidence. Additional questions can be scoped separately.

What if our tracking has gaps?

Anamap assesses evidence readiness before proceeding. If the available tracking cannot support the question reliably, we explain what is knowable now and what instrumentation would be required. New instrumentation and the waiting period needed to collect data are scoped separately. If meaningful investigation work has not begun and no supported in-scope question is available, the engagement may be refunded.

Which analytics platforms do you support?

The initial sprint supports GA4 and Amplitude. Other platforms may be considered during the fit conversation.

What does the incoming analyst receive?

The decision brief includes relevant definitions, assumptions, useful queries, evidence limitations and unresolved questions so the work can be reviewed and continued.

What is outside the sprint?

Daily availability, recurring reporting, a broad backlog, recruiting, candidate evaluation, new instrumentation, data engineering and multiple unrelated questions are outside the fixed scope.

When does the two-week timeline begin?

After working access is verified and kickoff is complete, not when the form is submitted.

What is the decision-worthy guarantee?

The sprint is judged against the written decision-worthy standard agreed at kickoff. If the final brief does not meet it, Anamap makes one reasonable correction attempt. If the corrected brief still does not meet it, the $750 fee is refunded. The guarantee does not promise causal proof, a positive result, a single root cause or a particular business outcome.
